By providing information on this form, you are requesting a waiver of rental rates for the Southwold Keystone Complex, Shedden Open Space Park, Fingal Heritage Park, Fingal Ball Park, new Talbotville park, or the Talbotville Optimist Park. 

For events being held in 2023, the deadline for submission is November 15th, 2022.
